Part of our job as your Managing Agent is to liaise with contractors on your behalf. You can choose your contractors (provided they have a Certificate of Currency) and they will be paid by us at no extra charge out of your rental income.

Alternatively we can acquire 2 quotes for work and then you choose the Contractor you feel suitable to do the maintenance work on your property.

By keeping in touch with the tenant we can make a time suitable to them to allow the Contractor into the property. All Contractors must supply a copy of their "Certificate of Insurance" prior to entry into the property. It is essential that the contractor has the correct insurance cover for the activities they undertake.
