| The Property Condition
Report or "PCR" as its known is a very
important part of setting up your valued investment
for the new tenant.
The report details
the way the tenant accepts the property and how
it needs to be returned on vacation.
 The
tenant gets a copy within a week of moving into
the property and checks through making any additions
they feel
necessary.
Each page of the report is signed and the photographs
taken to go with the report. This becomes a record
of how the property was when the tenant moved
in and we work from it when returning bond to
the tenant at vacation.
The report is kept for you as an electronic version
that can be saved and updated even if the property
has a number of tenants. If you are transferring
your management from another agent we will ask
for the electronic copy of the PCR to continue
the service that you have already paid for.
