Here's how you can REALLY make a great application... Should you visit a Capricorn Real Estate Property for rent and you wish to apply, please download our Tenancy Application Form.

This will need to be completed and either faxed through on (09) 9279 5873 or printed, scanned and emailed to amanda@capricornproperty.com.au Please pay particular attention to the following requirements.

• Fully complete the application form - please ensure that every part of the application form has been completed. If a section is not applicable, simply put a line through this.

• Provide the value of 100 Points of identification - the front page outlines what we require

• Deposit an option fee – one week’s rent to be deposited to Capricorn Real Estate Management Trust Account. Information available about this on our application form.

• If approved - if your application is approved, we will be in contact with you. Once approved, you will be required to pay the full bond and 2 weeks rent in advance, upfront.

• If declined - should your application be declined, you will be notified by phone. It is company policy that a reason will not be given for declining your application. Your deposit will be promptly returned to your nominated bank account the next day.

• Calendar month rent payments - all rent payments are payable calendar monthly, unless agreed otherwise. However your very first payment will be 2 weeks rent.
